Gnosh, Inc is committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive items that are damaged, defective or incomplete please contact us immediately. If we have made an error in your shipment we can arrange for the items to be picked up and returned to us. In the event of a error we will do our best to remedy the situation quickly and fairly.
Most of our items are returnable as long as they are unopened and in as-shipped condition. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. A credit or refund will be given (see below for restrictions). Shipping/handling is not refundable. Customer assumes all responsibility for return and cost of shipping. It is recommended that returns be insured and sent via trackable service.
